  My sister got married here this year and although the venue is Beautiful, plan on the owners inviting multiple staff members to your wedding and not being dressed to the occasion. They come in jeans or very casual attire and there is something to be said about someone that is supposed to be planning your wedding showing up so casual. Its at least $10,000 to rent the space and expect it to come with SOME tables and chairs. They DO NOT have enough tables and chairs to support a wedding of 120+ people AND WILL NOT DISCLOSE THIS TO YOU WHEN YOU SIGN THE CONTRACT. We found this out a month before the wedding when they finally had time to do our floor plan. You will end up renting tables and chairs for your guests and although the venue claims they provide all the tables and chairs, you will need more. DO NOT use their planning services. The day of the wedding the owner was running all over the place, unorganized and frazzled. My sister was the bride and the owner stressed her out more than anyone. Expect extra costs additional to the $10,000 you will spend. They nickle and dime you the day of the wedding for little things that add up like people throwing up in their restrooms that have had too much to drink, tents and cleanup fees. Also, DO NOT use their vendors... choose someone outside that has not done a wedding here before. The owner was bashing her vendors to us during one of our meetings after we had already chosen them. My sister had such a headache from dealing with these people and then to top things off the bar ran out of alcohol before the party even really got started. If you are looking for a venue and willing to spend this kind of money go to a different location in the area. You will save yourself the headache of dealing with the crazy. I have talked to multiple people since attending this wedding and the reviews are all the same.
